I usually respond within 1 to 2 hours, and almost always within 24–48 hours on working days. I genuinely try to reply as soon as I can — because I know how important your question or message might be.
However, please note:
On weekends, public holidays, or evenings, my responses might be slightly delayed.
If I’m travelling or away due to personal commitments, it might take a little longer than usual — but I’ll always try to acknowledge your message at the earliest possible.
