What Language Do You Use for Support?

I request that all messages be written in English only. I do not read or reply to messages written in any other language — regardless of whether I personally understand them or not. This is important because I work solo, and I must keep my workflow simple, focused, and efficient.

Even though I may understand languages like Hindi, Marathi, or Punjabi, I do not offer support in those or any other non-English languages. I simply don’t have the time to translate your message into English, write a response, and then re-translate it back.

To avoid delays or missed replies, please ensure your query is composed in clear English.

If you're more comfortable writing in your native language, you can use ChatGPT to help convert it to English before sending it to me.

Just type your message in your language and say something like:

Then copy the English version and send it to me via the Support Ticket System. That way, I can understand your message and respond clearly and helpfully — and you save both our time.
