Since I run everything solo—managing websites, helping people learn, build, and maintain their own WordPress projects, and juggling quite a few passion-based initiatives—I’m unable to sit behind a chat window all day.
However, I always respond to messages submitted through my Ticket System, and that’s the best way to reach me. It allows me to reply thoughtfully, keep a record of our conversation, and get back to you even if I’m offline, away from my desk, or feeding a bunch of colony cats!
So if you need help or guidance, please feel free to submit a ticket. I genuinely do my best to respond as soon as I can—usually within a few hours, and at most within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays).
