What’s This About? — Select the option that best describes your issue. If unsure, select “Something else”.
Description — Clearly explain your issue with specific details.
Mention what you were doing, what went wrong, and any error messages.
Avoid long stories — keep it to the point.
Attachment (optional) — Upload screenshots or files only if they help illustrate the issue better.
Consent Checkbox — Tick this box to give consent for me to receive and respond to your message.
Click the Submit button.
