I completely understand — sometimes you're not comfortable handling tech stuff, or you have someone you trust who usually manages these things for you. It's a very common situation. But here's the thing:
For privacy, clarity, and security reasons, I always prefer to hear directly from you, the actual person needing help — even if someone else is going to assist you.
Let me explain why.
I work solo, and I don’t run a company or have a big support system to cross-check authorisations or verify who's allowed to speak for whom. If someone reaches out to me claiming they’re your friend, employee, or relative, I have no way of confirming that’s actually true — and I don’t want to make a mistake that causes confusion, delay, or worse, a privacy issue.
That’s why I have a simple and respectful policy:
✅ You should always be the one to contact me first — even with just a one-line message.
You can say something like:
“Hi, my friend [Name] will be helping me with this. Please feel free to speak with them.”
Once I get that from you, I’m happy to coordinate with your friend, assistant, or team member.
❌ If someone contacts me without any word from you, I usually cannot assist them.
This protects your interest and helps me avoid dealing with unauthorised third-party communication.
I love helping beginners, housewives, students, freelancers, artists — all kinds of lovely people who are learning how to manage their online space. If you’re nervous or unsure, just send me a basic message — it doesn’t need to be perfect. I’m here to guide you gently, without judgement.
Thanks for understanding! ?
