What Happens If I Submit Multiple Tickets for the Same Issue?

Modified on Sat, 26 Jul at 9:19 PM

Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue might seem like a good way to get a faster response — but in reality, it does the opposite.

Since I handle all tickets personally and work solo, each new ticket creates a fresh thread of communication. When you submit multiple tickets about the same topic, it leads to confusion, duplication of effort, and delays in identifying and solving the original issue. I may also need to spend extra time cross-referencing your tickets, which takes away from actually helping you.

So instead of opening a new ticket, please reply to your original ticket if you have more information to add, or simply wish to follow up. This keeps everything organised, makes it easier for me to track your query, and helps you get a more accurate and timely response.

If I notice multiple tickets about the same issue, I may merge or close the duplicates to maintain clarity and workflow.

Thank you for understanding and helping me keep this space focused, efficient, and human-friendly.
