I Submitted a Ticket But Did Not Get a Response

Why didn’t I get a reply to my ticket?
If you’ve submitted a ticket but haven’t received a reply, there are usually two possible reasons — and both are quite straightforward:


1. Your Message Was Spammy, Salesy, or Irrelevant

Let me be honest:
I do not respond to messages that fall into any of these categories:

  • ❌ Marketing pitches (SEO, digital marketing, AI content, backlinks, etc.)
  • ❌ Selling leads, traffic, fake services, or shady tools
  • ❌ Scam attempts or automation tool testing
  • ❌ Messages that are completely off-topic or irrelevant to what I do


Such messages are immediately filtered or ignored — and your helpdesk account may be permanently blocked to keep this space human, clean, and useful for those who genuinely need help.


2. I Might Have Been Unavailable or Travelling

I usually reply within an hour or two — or within 24 hours on most days.
However, there may be occasional delays if I’m:

  • Taking personal time off
  • Travelling (I do this quite often for family and personal reasons)
  • Temporarily unavailable due to other responsibilities


In such cases, I kindly request your patience. If your message is genuine, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Just want to say a friendly “Hi” or “Hello”
  • Are genuinely curious about me, my journey, or my websites
  • Have questions about domains, hosting, or WordPress services I offer
  • Need honest and beginner-friendly guidance to learn, build, or maintain your website
  • Have kind feedback, useful ideas, or thoughtful suggestions


❌ Please Don’t Contact Me If You:

  • Want to pitch SEO, digital marketing, AI content, or backlink schemes
  • Are trying to sell leads, traffic, or shady services
  • Plan to spam, scam, or test automation bots


I’m a real person running a personal initiative — not a corporate team — and my time is best spent helping people who genuinely want to learn, grow, and create meaningful web experiences.


In Summary:

If you didn’t get a response, please take a moment to revisit your message.
If it was genuine but missed my radar due to travel or personal unavailability, feel free to resend your ticket after 48 hours.


But if it was a marketing pitch or anything fishy — it probably went straight into the void.
